17-18 NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION

Registration for Pre-K and New Students: Tuesday, August 2, 2017 from 2:00 – 8:00pm

 Pre-K students must bring the following items to register:

• Certified copy of birth certificate
• Social Security card
• Current shot records
• Proof of residence in the form of a utility bill showing physical address
• Proof of income from all household members (paycheck stubs)

  New students should bring the following:

• Proof of residence in the form of a utility bill showing physical address
• Last report card
• Any student information regarding special programs such as Special Education, Gifted and Talented, 504, etc. 

New students will not be considered to be enrolled until all documents and requirements have been verified.

Returning students may register on the following days:

Wednesday, August 3rd & Thursday, August 4th from 8:00am – 2:00pm
